Nashville, TN (June 17, 2011) ------- Christian radio has embraced the new single from worship artist, Aaron Shust, which is his debut music as an artist on Centricity Music. My Hope Is In You went for radio adds on June 10th and the reports this week rank the song as New & Active on the AC Indicator chart after one week. The song was written by April Geesbreght and at the production helm is Ed Cash. The single is from Shust’s forthcoming album, This Is What We Believe that releases August 23, 2011.
“This song feels so personal to me,” explains Aaron. “Ed was familiar with April’s version of My Hope Is In You and he couldn’t get it out of his head. When I played it for my wife, she told me I had to put it on my record. Even though I didn’t write it, it expresses my heart, and it’s exactly what I would want to say.”
“This is going to be a huge summer song of encouragement for our listeners,” adds Bill Lurwick of KJIL. “I’m so glad to have new music from Aaron Shust!”
